Automated Medical Products Corp.

was founded by Nash Aussenberg in 1974. He discovered the retractor holder system in Switzerland. The system was invented by a Czech émigré and produced by a Swiss manufacturer. Today, the same Swiss company is the exclusive manufacturer of the holder system. Nash was a one-man sales force whose reputation is outstanding and vastly recognized  in the surgical community around the world. After Mr. Aussenberg's passing in 1990, the company was purchased by Gregory Diamante and Partners. Several years later, at the end of November 1997,, there was a change in management. The corporate offices were relocated from New York City to Sewaren, New Jersey, where it remains today.
